So i'm pretty sure Erik doesn't want me posting pictures of him but (1) he's not the boss of me and (2) he doesn't read the blog he just relies on what i tell him i wrote, and of course he measures the level of ridiculousness by the caring and concerned looks he gets from others, you know, the "you are a saint for dealing with her" looks.
I think the dialysis is doing the trick. I really didn't realize how "bad" he was before this all started. If you remember the vacation pictures of 2 months ago you can totally see the difference now.
No dialysis didn't make him all puffy and pink and character like, he's the other one. Look ma no cankles!
Shout out to Greg Rauch who sent me the picture. Greg and Erik go out to lunch often and send me pictures of the menu so I can pick a salad and get lunch without ever leaving my house. Excellent service. Greg also accompanied Erik to dialysis when I
Otherwise all is well. Except the transplant coordinator people haven't called me back. I called last week to set up my time to get tested. I wasn't calling to talk about the weather, humid and hair curling as it may be, I was calling to offer to save a life. I'll tell you what, if I ever get an appointment and they leave me sitting in a waiting room for longer than 3.7 seconds I will have their entire call back policy restructured.
In other news I may start traveling about with a recording and production crew. We could have a live streaming reality blog!
