Pieces of Christmas

If I could get away with it I would have the house decorated for Christmas all year.  Get away with it.  Hmmmm.  If I simply just don't put anything away this might work.

Erik and the big kids are in Connecticut for a long weekend.  Jack didn't want to miss his Christmas party at school on Friday so we stayed home.  Oh the priorities of a 9 year old.  So far today he has cleaned windows, wrapped gifts and gathered up sheets from all of the beds.  He's probably rethinking the whole stay home with mom all by myself plan.  He'll be ok when he realizes that I do in fact allow the consumption of straight cookie dough.
